Jonathan Sebbane, Managing Director

Jonathan B. Sebbane serves as a Managing Director and Industry Leader Real Estate and Lodging Group at 21 West Partners. His industry expertise includes real estate valuations, economic feasibility studies, brand strategy, investment advisory, and transactional services of hotels and resorts on a worldwide basis.

Jonathan provides services to corporate, institutional, and individual clients and municipalities on all facets of hospitality real estate including: asset management, site evaluation, franchise and management selection assistance and negotiation, appraisals for mortgage, acquisition, and portfolio management, workout strategies, operational analysis, economic impact studies, and deal structuring.

Prior to joining 21WestPartners, Jonathan held senior positions at HVS Global Hospitality Services in New York where consulted and appraised over $10 billion estimated market value in existing and proposed hospitality real estate specializing in luxury and boutique hotels in the Manhattan and Miami markets.

Prior to his hospitality advisory and transactional experience, Jonathan held operational and sales and marketing positions in luxury hotel chains in New York, Monaco, Barcelona and Switzerland.

Jonathan graduated from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, where he majored in hotel real estate and corporate finance.
