Dr Teper is the Founder and Managing Partner of 21 West Partners

Daniel’s Strategy Consulting experience started as Project Manager, Portfolio Management at Sandoz Ag, Basle HQ (now Novartis), working closely with McKinsey & Company. Following additional industry experience, he became Partner in the New York office of ISO Healthcare Consulting, now part of Monitor Group. Most recently, he was Managing Director, North America at Bionest Partners, a global life science strategic and financial advisory firm, where he started and built the New York office with clients such as Boeringer Ingelheim, GSK, J&J, Sanofi Aventis and Wyeth.

Daniel’s experience includes executive positions in the pharmaceutical industry. He held growing responsibilities in sales, brand management and new product development at Sandoz, Inc (now Novartis), and general management positions in Europe at GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi-Aventis. He also led Global Operations at EURO RSCG and GSW Worldwide, two leading communication firms, where he was involved with the launch of several industry blockbusters.

Daniel holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Magna cum laude) and an MBA from INSEAD, where he was a J.Salmon scholar.
